I am really enjoying this course. The quick daily paintings are improving my work. I often want to go back and repeat an activity but each one takes me a couple hrs so I have not been able to do that. I see after I finish a lesson the areas that became easier but there is always so much left to improve. One of my problems is that my wet areas dry so fast I lose the wet on wet half way through. I have started wetting much smaller areas at a time and that helps but takes much longer.
The course is good. Emily’s instructions are clear and complete. I’m learning a lot but have so far to go.
I enjoy the Watercolor Mastery very much!! I don’t get to it every day but I appreciate being able to go back and catch up. There is plenty of diversity between plants animals humans objects and that is fun. Thank you and I’ll keep after it.

This program is wonderful. I do wish there was a basic supply list and that the specific supplies were all that is used as it is a little overwhelming when there are too many choices. I am figuring out a basic palette for myself as a very early beginner level student.
Where do I begin? I love this class! I love how it is thoughtfully presented. My skills are growing by leaps and bounds. I’ve learned to really pay attention, to leaving those “unpainted” highlights, and to not forget those shadows!

I believe this is a very good program, however being new to watercolor I feel a bit intimidated. I need to go slow but at the same time feel like I’m falling behind! I will prevail!
